The core equipment includes stage - specific cages (brooding cages, pullet cages and layer cages) to meet the growth needs of different weeks of age; a precise feeding and drinking system to ensure phased nutritional supply and cleanliness; ; environmental regulation equipment (temperature and humidity control, adjustable lighting and automatic manure cleaning) to maintain a constant temperature of 18 - 25℃ and a suitable environment and reduce stress; and health prevention and control equipment to build a solid biosecurity barrier. Key equipment and process demonstration.

Our equipment primarily employs hot-dip galvanizing, where welding is performed first, followed by complete immersion in a zinc bath for full galvanizing. This process ensures that the weld joints are also coated with zinc, resulting in enhanced corrosion resistance.
